Become an IDI Member
DesignOpp is partnered with the Institute of Designers in Ireland. The IDI is the professional design association in Ireland for everything from graphic design to architecture. Members of the association have their work submitted for quality assessment before their membership is granted and so their name is a mark of high professional standards. IDI members will have the IDI logo beside their entry and their profiles will be placed at the top of the directory.
If you would like to support us, this is one of the best ways to do it. 80% of the money generated is reinvested back into DesignOpp programmes, with 20% going to the running and administration of IDI which is also a not-for-profit organisation. The different membership types are below.
Graduate IDI Membership

This membership is for recent graduates or anyone with less than 2 years of experience in the industry. You will get an IDI GRAD stamp beside your name in the directory and your profile will be at the start of the directory.
IDI Membership
€79*
per year
This membership is for anyone with more than 2 years of industry experience. Submissions will be assessed by the IDI at their high professional standards. You will get the IDI logo beside your name in the directory and your profile will be at the start of the directory.
*The IDI has given DesignOpp members a reduced rate for the first 2 years of membership. The first 2 years is €79 a year and then it will renew at €197 a year which is the standard individual rate for full IDI membership.
